Wedding Planners!

We love wedding and event planners! They are constantly thinking 3 steps ahead of everyone else in the room, making sure everything is going off without a hitch. Wedding planners often have preferred vendors that they work with with special pricing discounts to save you precious time and money. Their jobs are to make your day less stressful, whether you hire them to plan the whole event or just need someone as a Day-Of Coordinator. You can be sure that you won’t be disappointed.

Rentals!

You will most definitely have to rent something for your wedding. Many venues will offer a limited amount of products but not everything you may need for your special day and not necessarily exactly what you want. Rental companies also have an eye for design so you will be happy to sit down and have a consultation with them (and your wedding planner) to make sure you are getting everything you want and need for your wedding.

Things to consider:

  • Delivery costs
  • Set up and Tear down times – speak to your venue about this
  • What your expectations are from a wedding planner
