1 lb strawberries
8 oz cream cheese
½ c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
melted chocolate chips (optional)
graham crackers (optional)
Rinse strawberries, cut out stem plus a little more of the center. Cut off strawberry tip so that it can stand by itself. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Place mix in pastry bag (or zip lock bag with the tip cut off) and pipe into each strawberry. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and drizzle melted chocolate chips. Chill until ready to eat. Don’t make too early or it will be soggy.
